RigQuip was engaged by a major drilling contractor​ in Saudi Arabia to conduct inspection & maintenance​ of drilling package equipment as part of remobilisation​ of their land rig to the field. Our team deployed to provide a smart, cost-effective solution to recertify a range of hoisting & rotating equipment as well as pipe handling equipment.​

RigQuip was engaged by the managers of a modern, 6th gen ultra deepwater semi-submersible to carry out inspection and service of its entire HMH (MH Wirth) drilling package as part of its rig reactivation following a long period of stacking. Our team deployed at short notice to deliver this scope working on less common equipment in a remote location prior to the rig joining its new drilling contract. ​

RigQuip was engaged by the owners of a modern, high specification jack-up rig to carry out inspection and service of its entire NOV drilling package and lead its rig reactivation scope. Our experienced team deployed to site to carry out a range of CAT III and CAT IV inspections across the package prior to the rigs relocation to a new region for a new customer. ​

RigQuip recently carried out a field based, five yearly inspection, overhaul and recertification of a high specification NOV Shaffer choke & kill manifold. The team mobilised to a 6th generation, harsh environment semi-sub in West Africa which we visited for the units last recertification in 2019. All work was completed in accordance with API 16C, API 6AR and API 6A.
