Filmed is a recent Cameron LeTourneau DDTD-500 top drive, following complete overhaul by RigQuip, utilizing our own procedures and range of replacement parts. The unit was subject to a full run test with our VFD drive and control system, fully replicating the customer’s rig power configuration. It will shortly be installed in the field as part of an SPS programme.
